John Lowry is the Founder and CEO of Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. He has been leading the company since its establishment in 2007, overseeing its growth and stability during the most challenging economic times in the past 15 years. Lowry’s exceptional leadership skills, long-term vision, and ability to overcome setbacks have been instrumental in the company’s success.
Prior to founding Spartan Capital Securities, LLC., Mr. Lowry held several leadership positions in the securities industry, amassing over 25 years of experience. He honed his expertise in investment banking and strategic business development, becoming a renowned and innovative leader in public and private finance transactions. His involvement spanned transactions totaling more than $100 billion, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, up lists, registered direct offerings, at-the-market offerings, PIPEs, traditional private placements, debt offerings, equity line transactions, and cross-border securities offerings. In addition, he facilitated M&A transactions and provided advisory services to public and private companies, including reverse mergers.
John Lowry is also an active philanthropist. Alongside his wife Cynthia, he founded the Little John Foundation. They established the foundation with a belief that all children deserve support through medical, emotional, or financial crises, regardless of the situation. They partner with charities that share these values, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, Save a Child’s Heart, American Heart Association, Wounded Warrior Project, and the American Cancer Society.
Mr. Lowry resides in New York City with his wife and three children. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
